The Homestead
The garden produces an array of different berries, figs, peaches, lemons, leafy greens, carrots and sweet potato. Growing our own food is not only an important skill to master but also a privilege to have space to practice this art.
The chickens have been part of the family from the very beginning. They are part of the feeling we get when we think of Dunefields as our home. They are free-range chickens that get to feed off insects under the canopies of thicket shrubs, and at night they rest safely in their spacious coop.
Our bees produce out-of-this-world type of honey with the best consistency, and the most delicious taste. Apart from our honey-producing hives, we have caught two new colonies that have been searching for an ideal home, and we cant wait to harvest a bit of their honey in due time.
